Wednesday, January 11th, 2012

Do you want to get a golden Wii nunchuck for Skyward Sword? Now it turns out we are in fact getting one! The Wii Golden Nunchuck was announced at the Japanese Club Nintendo website and it will be available for 600 points. Its beauty is made to match the gold Zelda-themed Wii Remote that came packed with special edition copies of Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Better than the wired Wii nunchuck controller.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is one of the last truly big games coming to the Wii. It’s also one of the few games on the console that makes Wii Motion Plus use mandatory. If you don’t have an enhanced controller yet, or if you simply want to get something shiny and limited edition, Nintendo has something for you. A special bundle will launch simultaneously with the game on November 20th, one that includes a gold Wii Remote Plus controller.

However, there is currently a promotion where if you purchase Skyward Sword and register it on Club Nintendo, you can get this Wii Golden Nunchuck for just 400 points. This offer is valid through February 20th of 2012. Although it would be a nice touch to anyone’s Wii set, this would be especially beneficial to any Zelda fans who already possess the golden, Zelda-themed Wii remote controller.
